Enrolment: Each component is a separate agreement. Payment confirms your enrolment in that specific component only.
Access: Self-paced modules are accessible for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Live session access expires after the scheduled date unless rescheduled.
Refunds: Refund eligibility requires that no more than 15% of module content has been accessed, within 14 days of purchase. Live sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session.
Intellectual Property: All course materials remain the property of Smart Course Edge. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content.
Liability: We provide educational content in good faith. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary changes, or certification results.
Modifications: We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law: Republic of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
